How long will it take formy order to reach me?
We ship your order within
2-3 days, and it will be delivered within 2-7 business days, depending on your
location.
Order Status & Tracking
You will receive an
email and SMS confirmation from Billoree once your order is successfully
placed. The email will include all the details related to your order.
Can I raise multiplereturn/exchange requests of one order within 72 hours?
No, return and exchange
will be processed at the order level, not on a product-by-product basis..
Can I modify the shippingaddress of my order after it has been placed?
The shipping
address of your order can only be modified if it hasn't been packed yet. To
change the address, contact our support team at billoreesupport@gmail.com
My order shows deliveredbut I have not received it.
Generally, our
courier partners deliver the order to the intended recipient at the delivery
address only. In case, you have not received the order, we request you to mail
us at billoresupport@gmail.com 48 hours of the delivery intimation from our
end. We shall arrange proof of delivery for you of your complaint from the
aligned courier partner.
Kindly note, any complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the delivery
intimation may not be considered.

What should be done if mypackage has been opened or tampered with?
If your package has
been opened or tampered with, do not accept the shipment. Immediately inform
our customer care team via billoreesupport@gmail.com. Note that any intimation
after 24 hours of the attempted delivery will not be considered.

Is there a purchase limitfor a Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?
The Cash On
Delivery option is available on purchases of up to Rs. 2,000. Beyond
this amount, purchases can only be made using Net Banking, Credit/Debit
Card, UPI, and Mobile Wallets.
What is Billoree’s CancellationPolicy?
You can cancel an
order until it has been packed at our warehouse, including sale items. The
amount paid will be credited to the same payment method used. If you wish to
cancel after the order is packed, contact our Customer Care team at billoreesupport@gmail.com.
How do I cancel my order?
For order cancellations,
please contact our Customer Care team at billoreesupport@gmail.com. Note that
orders can only be cancelled before they are packed in our warehouse.
I just cancelled my order.When will I receive my refund?
For all prepaid orders, the
refund shall reflect in the source account within 5-7 business days.
If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be
refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet.
Our jewellery is antitarnish and water resistant?
Manu of our products are
anti-tarnish, with a little care, you jewellery will last longer! Regular use
of water on jewellery - like showers, swimming etc, should be avoided, however
little water will not tarnish the jewellery.
Can I use Billoree’s product on daily basis.
Billoree’s anti-tarnish
feature, you can confidently wear your jewellery daily without concerns about
it losing its shine or lustre over time.
