SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: Terms and Conditions . Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

1.     Timeline - Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 days of order placement. Post that it is delivered within 2-7 days based on your pincode.

2.     Shipping shall be calculated based on your pin-code

3.     FREE Shipping fee for order value above INR 1499

4.      We offer both COD and Prepaid payment options.

5.     A discount of Rs. 20 is available for prepaid orders. For COD payment, there are additional Cash handling charges of Rs.20.

6.     To ensure that your order is delivered on time, please make sure to provide complete address details with house number, floor, street name, landmark

7.     If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and inform us at billoreecontact@gmail.com and we shall get back to you as quickly as possible.
